Job summary

The Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant will perform bookkeeping duties that will include AP, AR, Project Management System (Central Desktop) maintenance and various other accounting duties. You will also provide office support activities for multiple departments. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. You will spend time keeping up with our bookkeeping, developing sales proposals, providing other sales and marketing support, creating and maintaining marketing materials and company newsletter, following up on client approvals and recommendations, developing, creating, and running reports, and other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.

Minimum requirements:

    • Quick Books Online Experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Associates degree or equivalent experience
    • Extremely organized
    • Mastery of Microsoft products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of Adobe Professional
    • Strong communication skills
    • General Accounting Knowledge
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) Experience
