Job Description:

We are actively seeking a full-time Paid Media Strategist that is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outgoing (NICE) individual with a minimum of 5 years of direct working experience in paid media / pay-per-click campaign management. You must have a deep knowledge/expertise and passion for Paid Search, Display and Paid Social.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Development of Paid Media Strategy
    • Alignment of clients’ budgets towards channels which most efficiently drive new business
    • Develop campaigns via Google/Bing Search, Shopping, Display.
    • Develop campaigns via Amazon and other Marketplaces
    • Develop Social Ads Campaigns (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and landing page reviews, to develop actionable insights
  • Assist clients with the identification of KPIs that reinforce the valuation of PPC/Paid Media efforts, including assisting clients with projecting/calculating ROI of efforts
  • Optimization of Campaigns
    • Regular review of performance
    • Recommendations for improvement
    • Budget Recommendations/Projections
    • Ensure proper budget pacing
    • Optimize copy and Landing Pages to improve ROAS
    • Executive Tests (A/B or MVT) to achieve maximum ROI
  • Develop quarterly and annual project plans and related tasks, including the planning required to generate monthly (or quarterly) deliverables and actionable items to fulfill these plans.
  • Prioritize and track campaign recommendations to provide transparency to our clients on campaign and agency performance
  • Report to Head of Operations, work hand in hand on client goals, completion of RFP’s and other items as requested
  • Work within project management software and Smartsheet’s so that clients can routinely see the status of their project plans, assignments, to-do lists, deadlines, and related time tracking
  • Maintain and improve web analytic platforms to reduce errors, gaps in coverage and improve reporting clarity on paid media traffic acquisition
  • Work with Vizion’s Analytics team to design, edit and produce Google Looker Studio reports that produce accurate, meaningful, and actionable marketing data
  • Demonstrate an ongoing, up-to-date knowledge of the PPC Industry and related best practices for client campaigns
  • Work with the leading industry tools (including Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, SpyFu, Skai (formerly Kenshoo), Google Analytics, AHREFs and others) to gain insights and produce actionable recommendations
  • Ability to explain campaign issues and recommendations to various audiences (CXOs, Marketing Directors, Business Owners, IT staff)
  • Establish deep client relationships and serve as the subject matter expert for PPC related items; Consistently demonstrate this expertise in all client calls and reporting environments
  • Author and lead in the delivery of professional presentations to clients
  • Contribute to PPC/SEM industry resources (including blogs, forums, webinars, and social conversations) as a representative of Vizion Interactive
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and pursue speaking engagements and opportunities on occasion

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PPC experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads and Analytics
  • Detail-oriented and extremely well organized
  • Great communications skills. Comfortable when presenting, answering questions, producing analysis, and interacting with client and internal teams in an upbeat and positive manner. Ability to work with all levels of management and take direction
