Position Description:

We are actively seeking a full-time Paid Media and Reporting Specialist. You should be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and an outgoing individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid media / pay-per-click campaign management. You must have a deep knowledge/expertise and passion for Paid Search, Display and Paid Social. You must have deep knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms and be excited about becoming our resident Google Data Studio expert.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Identify client goals and help to craft strategic digital advertising plans to achieve them
  • Plan, execute, and maintain all efforts across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other channels
  • Perform all work related to keyword research, competitive analysis, landing page analysis, conversion path analysis, conversion rate optimization, campaign development, analytics reviews, tagging, ad copywriting and creatives, bid strategies and budget recommendations
  • Continuous work on designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments to test optimization theories, including changes in bidding strategies, keyword discovery, landing page optimization and creative enhancements
  • Ad hoc analysis of data and strategies to recommend performance improvements
  • Communicate with clients in a manner that translates to their understanding of the work/results with a focus on showing clearly how the efforts are progressing towards specified goals
  • Work synergistically with all team members (client-side and agency-side) to ensure consistency in approach and laser-focus on results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Master Google Data Studio and our reporting process
  • Be eager to learn how to maintain what we have built and learn how to visualize and connect data o solve problems for our clients and internal teams
  • Understand how to incorporate SuperMetrics, other assets, into GDS to achieve our reporting goals
  • Be the go to person for all issues and requests for client reporting across all services
  • Assist in business development by participating in sales calls and providing mini-audits for prospects, so that they have a sense for how we work and whether we are a fit for their needs

  • Strong aptitude within Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc.

  • Clear communication through expression of facts and ideas in a clear, convincing and organized manner
